Susan is responsible for portfolio accounting, reporting and client service. She contributes to the smooth and reliable day-to-day operations in the Quest office. She has 20 years of experience in technical communication, research and administrative support. Prior to joining Quest in 2017, she was a documentation manager in a professional services and consulting firm in Colorado. She earned an M.A. in Technical Writing and B.A. in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
